Needs work

Submitting awards is about all this app is good for. Redeeming awards? Forget it. With no decent search function, the laborious entry of data to even start previewing awards and the horribly inefficient manner of the actual purchase of an item makes this app incredibly weak.

If all you want to do is submit awards (oh and see the ones you have received) then this is your app. If you want to redeem awards, I would recommend driving to best buy, buying a laptop, setting it up and going to the full website- as even this is better than trying to use the mobile app.
