Cannot select award type or complete a nomination.

This just might be the worst app I have ever used. It doesnt fit the screen properly, and it is not possible to navigate back thru the screens. Utter garbage. Completely unusable. Delete.

I love how easy it is to recognise my colleagues with this app.

pretty terrible- i cant even login because the keyboard layout is missing special characters that i need for my password. seems like a basic app development for me. would love to hv touch id capability on top of fixing the keyboard layout

I like this app, it makes it easy and simple to read you awards and the comments from each one. Also, you can pull it up and pick to redeem quick and easy.

Getting giftcards right on my phone is awesome.

Whats the point if the app doesnt have the same options as your website..!

There is only one reason this app survives. Companies like GE support them. If left to public choice, this app would fall off the face of the earth. I cannot login. It doesnt say I have the wrong username. It doesnt say anything; it just sits there. It does absolutely nothing. Ive restarted my phone; Ive restarted the app; Ive redownloaded the app. Still, nothing. Who makes stuff like this and then posts it to a store thinking, "Yup, thats good."? Its just too bad that you cannot give zero stars. One star would suggest they got something right.

App crashes all the time. Website seems to just be an advertisement instead of a user page wheres the log in link? And if accessed through my work email half the images dont load. Good luck trying to redeem an award with limited description and no images. Not worth the trouble and time consumption, which I think is the point. If its difficult to redeem an award and everyone gives up then the company doesnt have to pay to incentives their employees.

I am a new user therefore Im not comfortable writing a review. But I do have an issue. Where is the parentheses on the keyboard within the app? It doesnt appear to be there (regular paren).

I like the idea of using the mobile tool to nominate co workers but it kept crashing before I could finish nominating some one for an award. Same happened when I tried to redeem an award. It seemed to be an issue with the drop down menus not working correctly. Hope there is an update soon as I think the idea is great.

This is a good start for this service, as it is nice to be able to redeem awards on the run, especially the digital ones. It could really use a "save my login" feature so I dont have to type it in every time. I also think the layout doesnt make very good use of the screen space; the home screen is a few icons and a whole lot of unused white space.

This has to be one of the worst apps Ive seen with respect to design. The misuse of the various types of data entry elements is completely astounding (text entry box for _ALL_ data entry points, really?!?). I will not be using this app again without a complete overhaul.

Submitting awards is about all this app is good for. Redeeming awards? Forget it. With no decent search function, the laborious entry of data to even start previewing awards and the horribly inefficient manner of the actual purchase of an item makes this app incredibly weak. If all you want to do is submit awards (oh and see the ones you have received) then this is your app. If you want to redeem awards, I would recommend driving to best buy, buying a laptop, setting it up and going to the full website- as even this is better than trying to use the mobile app.

The app needs to be refreshed to match iOS 7 design language. The checkout fields should also be updated. We should also be able to track our orders through the app

This app works great. Very easy to use and smart!

Doesnt work on iPad. Screen is not functional and trying to use the website in Safari forces you to the App Store. Terrible out of date approach to serving customers!

Which is quite ironic since it is an app used by a worldwide technology company. GE - Avoid this issue by simply allowing users to use the full site on mobile devices.

I now officially cant get to globoforce with my iPad. Absolutely a horrible app. The pages dont view correctly and you really cant even login. 0 stars.

Flawless. Connects me to my work recognition program so I can thank, congratulate and reward coworkers on the road. I can also download many of my own rewards into erewards and put them in my Passbook to use in the store. Great app.
